When I realise I saw these 60's & 70's shows, I don't feel so bad about being old.

  2. NCarolinaSharon says:

Gonna wasn't all bad - she did a wail in Playing in the Band at the Spectrum in Philadelphia in the spring of 1970 that just made me sooooo wet!!!

  3. Bigpolak57 says:

@MrSharkey11 wassup uncle, did you ever see the waver in the seventies? Hope all is well and god bless......,prayin for better weather......Jerry's in the mood here to punch phil.

  7. MrSharkey11 says:

@pupils777,Hi there Bro! If what you mean by wavering is that they took a little time off, then yes! Also there were some shakey periods in their transition from long jams into shorter songs:American Beauty,Workingman's&Skull&ROSES,ALSO,Wakeof the flood. The early 70's.Alot of hardcore Jam fans got off the bus, especially after the Wake album! In retrospect down the road,I think they knew they fucked up! As you know the Dead were a growing transitional band constantly evolving.Peace to you&yours!
