@DoctorSapperstein Hey "Doc" -- EC's vintage Fender Jazzmaster TM is hardly a 'shit' guitar. I wouldn't exactly use one as a doorstop.
@waterloo2003
and why is that pretty much the only song off europe '72 that is not in the copenhagen set?
best song on the 3 discs as far as im concerned.
looks like jerrys playing a jazz master
james and jerry sure shared some grateful juice before this jam
I hope you are kidding about James Burton and Elvis Costello. James Burton is a legend
Elvis is a bum, too bad Pigpen wasnt there to kick his sorry ass out.
yeah, but only could jerry get onstage with iconic players like this, and be playing the stars guitar.
'uh, yeah elvis, i forgot tiger, could i use your fender?
'uh, sure, jerry, uh.....'
bill murray on one of the guitars
@charfman84 , Peace and love, peace and love.
@e4hookah Elvis has done some fine work but I have to agree. He has slaughtered this song.
There's Elvis Costello dressed as a priest!
This guy must be the biggest idiot in creation, I made better music when I was 13. His name sounds like a soap powder advertisement (with 2 packs of Costello a free toothbrush). And I pity the lovely and extremely talented lady that married the imbecile. However it takes all sorts I suppose.
you guys are nuts..elvis is one of he greatest songwriters in history period....vocals here are not his best but he has an amazing vocal range....brilliant talent.....
